Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

I saw this card yesterday and cannot figure out how it is done. Does anyone have directions *with pictures*? I would love to try this out.

I made one on Monday, you can see it in Technique Spotlights, Magic Cards (it's the Flakey Friends card).

Thanks, those are great instructions. They look very complicated, but I'll give it a step by step try.
