Default Liquid Applique

I have seen information "somewhere" for use with liquid applique so that it will not flatten when mailed or if you accidentally put a finger in it. I believe it may have been crystal effects and that you just painted it on top of the liquid applique, but it is just a vague memory. If anyone has seen this and knows the answer, I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks, Jan

Default liquid applique

You put clear embossing powder on it before heating it to puff up...it makes it hard on top.

HTH!

Thanks so much, I had been wondering if there was a way to do this!

Do you let it dry overnight and can you just emboss it right after you apply it? I hate to wait overnight!

Depends on the effect you want; heating L.A. immediately will cause a lumpy bumpy uneven raised effect--kinda fluffy looking. My preference for snow and popcorn effect!

Wait overnight, and you'll get a smooth raised white--kinda like undisturbed freshly fallen snow . . . or piped icing on a cupcake . . .

You can also make it sparkly by adding some Dazzling Diamong Glitter while it's still wet . . .

I LOVE that L.A.!!!!!
