Default Stupid Question - How did they do that?

On page 4 of the new catty, they show a wheel and card with the wheeled image.

But................I've looked and looked, and it would appear that the image is 2 colors--green and blue. How did they do that?

OK just a guess, but it looks like they inked the solid spots with Cool Caribbean and then used the Mellow Moss Marker to ink up the dotted circles, then huffed and wheeled the image out.

Would be easier to do if we had markers in the In Colors ;)

Another SCS member suggested to make markers with the NEW colors with a blender pen and 1 drop of reinker. It even worked with the color spritzer tool. Details info is on other areas of the forum. Hope that helps!

If you look at the wheel, the blue spots are solid and the dotted spots are not. The solid spots are like the bold stamps, that's why they are all blue.
I hope I explained this right.
