does anyone know where I can find the instructions for making a Lift and Flip Card? I have been looking on line for hours and am not finding what I want.
This is a card that I want to make.
I don't know how to post links but the poster is mrupple and she posted it on Sunday, October 11th here on SCS.
Take a look at her card and you will love it! I just bought this same stamp set and would love to get an early start on my Christmas cards.
Thanks for your help and instructions, if you have them.

Send her a pm and she might share the directions with you;)
Thanks Beate, I am not sure that it is the same. If you look at the sample, there are 4 levels and she said that it lifts and flips when it is opened. I have been trying to figure it out and I have absolutely no engineering skills. I will use your tutorial and see if I can adapt it to this card. I appreciate your response and if you have any other suggestions, I would love to hear from you!
I could be wrong (it does happen more often than I'd like, lol!), but it seems like when she referred to "flip" she meant "flip up." Like, the objects lay flat when the card is closed, but flip up when it's opened. Hard to say without a side view, but it really does look like four pop-up sections. Instead of each one being small enough for an object to fit on, they all go the full width of the card.
I would certainly feel free to pm the maker, though. Most folks are quite happy to answer questions...
I will have some instructions up on my blog by the end of today. In all honesty, I made it up as I went but I will do my best to show how I did it. http://apapermelody.blogspot.com
Okay it's up on my blog. I put my email address at the bottom of the post if you have any more questions. Thanks!!
Thank you so very much! I cannot wait to get home and try to make this. You are awesome and I know that all of us are so happy and appreciative. If mine turns out 1/100th as good as yours, I will try to post it. It would be my first time!
Wow Melody!
I love your card and am happy you posted instructions on your blog - made me go exploring! Nice work! Thanks for doing this for us all...
