Jumbo Paper Clips
I'm doing a search and it's not working! THought I'd just ask. I love those jumbo paper clips, but was wondering how you stick the embellishment to them?

Hi .. I made some book marks with the large paper clips... I used the double stick foam tape for mine... they stay really well...
God bless

Do you stick it around the metal of the paper clip? How does the embellie stay on the top?

I used chipboard. I put one piece on the back, one of the front, and the paperclip "sandwiched" between them. I use E6000 (I believe that's the name) glue I get from Walmart.

I have used 3-d glue dots for the sandwiching, it is squishy, and I position the paperclip between the 2 chipboard flowers and squeeze. Girl Scout troop did this and it was effective, I didn't have to worry about a big mess.

I used tacky glue. I wasn't sure that it would work, but it has held up well.

Me too! The best part is that I don't have to wait for anyglue to dry and I can make a bunch of them all at once!

Me too. I'm so afraid it would just snap apart...it works okay for things that won't be handled much...how do the paper clips hold up??
I ended up using some foam tape and it worked pretty good...they came out okay and i could make them pretty quickly that way.
