Default Jacob's ladder?

I am looking fore instructions where you use several squares or rectangles of cardstock, attach them to strips of ribbon and when you hold one end of the ribbons the pieces flip down, then when you hold the other end of the ribbons the pieces flip the other way. Does that make sense? I thought it was called Jacob's ladder but didn't find anything in a search.

Any ideas what it is called and where I can find the instructions?

Thank you for your time and sharing,
Joy
