I don't have a link, but they look like the cards made from the Big SHot pennant die cut.

It looks to me like a criss-cross card. Here's a link that I found a while ago for this type of card. Criss Cross Card

It wouldn't be difficult to change it up for any size card you wanted to make.

Thanks Leen, I thought it may have been that card & yes, it can be made to different sizes. My 2 yr old g/daughter Isabelle is having a 3rd birthday party on 1st February and I'm making her invitations for her lil friends...
