Default HELP! quick Q? need answer NOW!

I need to know how to do those legal envelope pouches; you cut in 1/2, 1/3 & 2/3 or 1/4 & 3/4??? crimp which direction? "lid" fits over crimped part??? answer asap- PLEASE!!

Cut the top 1/3 off.

Take bottom 2/3 and crimp with the envelope part on its side. When put together, the crimped lines will go up and down if the 2/3 part is on the top. Looking at the pic, the lines go up and down on the bottom part. Clear as mud?
