Default Help! I'm Technique Impaired!!!

Hello Everyone!
First, let me just say,"I'm not worthy! I'm not worthy!" You guys just blow me away with your creativity!!!
I'm really new to stamping (and bullentin boards :?) - only been stamping since October. But, of course, I'm hooked, and have quite a few stamp sets and almost all of the supplies! I've started to have to sneak them into the house when the DD isn't looking! Anyway, I look at the gallery and see all the beautiful cards, and want to CASE them, but there are many techniques I am unaware of. I try looking/searching on the resource page for the technique listed in the recipe, but am having difficulty finding the tutorials.
I was reading a thread about Pat's Stamping Newsletter and I notice Pat has 2 CDs available with copies of the paper newsletters for $54. Do you think my situation would benefit from this? It's kind of expensive and if it's just going to sit on the shelf, I'd rather buy a couple more stamp sets! :o :o Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be the best way for me to learn how to do some of the great things you guys are producing? Thanks for your help! ....Signed, Searching for Wisdom

YES YES YES!!! I think it is definately worth it. I am a technique junkie subscriber for 2 years now, and I can't wait to get it each time! The tutorials are wonderful, and are actually step by step instructions (which helps a visual person like me!) I don't have the cd's, but like I said, the paper ones are step 1, step 2, step 3,...... Hope this helps! and Good luck!

Hi there,

Welcome to the site. We are working on uploading more tutorials on a regular bases into the resource section.

You can also ask here in the forum, when you read about a technique and don't know how to do it. Everyone is really helpful here.

Have a wonderful day. Hugs and smiles.
