Default Help! Glitter Puzzle technique . . . !

 I keep reading thru all the postings of instructions and what I don't get is how you cut thru the Xyron backing WITHOUT cutting throu the card stock beneath!

TIA.

LOL
Julie....careful. That's how you cut. Push hard enough to cut through the sticker paper but not hard enough to cut the CS.

I know....a bit of the pain...especially when using the coluzzle. But sooooo worth it.

Hugs and grins.

Thanks, Beate--I kept thinking there's a step I'm missing or mis-understanding. Well, I guess I'll play with this next week! Hah!

Hugs,

Julie, you could always get your feet wet with it like Beate did. . . .actually cut the CS all the way through, and apply glitter, then reassemble the cardstock to make it whole again. You'd apply the glittered pieces to another piece of cardstock for stability.

When we did the Fishy Friends glitter card in Beate's gallery, I just cut the lines freehand through the adhesive backing part only. It really does not take much pressure to cut through that only with the craft knife.

The coluzzle though. . .that's a whole different story!

Good luck! Show us when you're done!!!
