Default Help Copics Bleeding

I bought Memento Ink and I make certain it is completely dry before I color but sometimes when I color next to the ink line it causes it to bleed.

I am using Bazzill paper could that be the problem? It is their 80 lb white paper.

I use memento ink for copics and no problem with bleeding. But I use cryogen white/irridescent from Paper Temptress or the copic xpress. I'm relatively new to using copics, but it took me some time to find the paper that works best for me

The Bazzill Smooth White (used to be Prism Smooth White) didn't seem to bleed when I use it. Regular white Bazzill would cause the Copic ink to bleed, but I don't recall the stamp ink bleeding and I use Memento.

I would try a few different papers and see if it bleeds on other papers too.

I figured out I was using a heavy hand when coloring. I was used to my chalks and blender pen. Once I lightened up I didn't have problems.
