Default Heat embossing ???

Can I heat emboss on paper coated with matte medium? I have a thin layer paper attached to card stock and want the heat embossed feature on top. Any advice. New to mixed media products.

Yes you can. Just as long as the medium is perfectly dry, it will not bubble or lift.

Ooohhhh. That sounds like it’s going to be pretty! The best advice I got about embossing was covering a piece of corrugated cardboard from a box with aluminum foil, and using a large wooden snap clothes pin to hold the paper on the foil covered cardboard. When using the heat gun it helps reflect the heat, and keeps your fingers from getting burned. Please show us your results!
