Default Glass etching question

Hey girls...I'm sure someone can help with this...

I followed the directions posted by Colleen Kidder (the embossed way).

Well..I didn't get the image I wanted...instead got the image AROUND the embossed stamp...how do I get the STAMPED image??!

thanks
Kristina

You would have to stamp the image on contact paper with staz-on and then exacto knife around the shape to take out the stamp part. That way the cream is where the ink would have been. Hope this makes sense!

Doesn't work very well unless it's a bigger solid type stamp.
