Hershey Candy Bar Wrapper with Ribbon

Does anyone have the directions for the Candy Bar Wrapper that has the ribbon attached? Scratching my head on this one. I've looke everywhere (I think) and I've been unable to find it. This would be for the regular size Hershey Bar (the ones you make Somore's out of). I'd greatly appreciate any assistance!

do you mean the kind where the ribbon is used to pull the candy bar out of the wrapper/sleeve? if so, you can use these directions, and adapt it to the dimensions of the candy bar.
