A friend of mine gave me some instructions on how to make these cute boxes but a very important part was left out. How and where do I go to get the instructions?

I think they are also called Suprise Friendship Box, because Creativechoicedesigns has one in her gallery and she posted the instructions for them in the forums/resources section.
