Default Envelopes without a machine

I'm working on Valentine cards for Operation Write Home. I'd love to make some with hearts "popping" out of an envelope. I don't have the machine to do it (only Cuttlebug) and I can't seem to find a tutorial or directions for making a small envelope to fit on a standard A2 card.
Could someone please help?
Thanks so much! I appreciate it!

Here is a page with lots of envelope templates that you can use, some you can even print directly on your paper:

The scallop envelope die that I've seen on a lot of cards does fit in the Cuttlebug.
