Default Rolled Paper Flowers - Tutorial????

Hi
On the MFT blog -- April 14th 'April Showers' card. There is a rolled flower -- does anyone know if there are instructions or a tutorial somewhere. I wanna try making them. Here's a link to the card sample -- isnt it adorable Oh yah, it was mentioned to go to Joanns blog but I couldnt find instructions for the rose.

You can make this type of flower with either a circle punch or a scallop circle punch. Punch out the shape then start cutting it into a spiral. Roll tightly from the center outwards to make the flower.
