I love the look of rectangles, squares, etc. drawn by hand on cards. I would like to know how to do this. My attempts have been crooked, with stop/start line blunders and don't look clean. Any help is very much appreciated!
I just cut a piece of cardstock and trace around it. Corner round the edges for a fun look. I love that look too but I drink too much espresso to do it freehand
I use my acrylic blocks to do that so I can see through to the paper and have easier alignment, if I want to draw around. The easier way for me is to cut out a shape with my cricut on acetate, then draw inside. See the SC tutorial for faux postage stamps for a visual. Good luck!

I just smacked myself in the forehead!! Acrylic block - brilliant!!!
I've used the inside or outside of a nestie. I especially like to draw a line on the inside of a shape I just cut out before I pop it out of the nestie, but they make good enough templates on their own if need be. Just watch out for bumps in the metal; I usually carefully sand them even so it doesn't ruin my line.

LateBlossom's tutorial is awesome. I think the best bit of info was to be drawing the line coming towards yourself. I haven't tried it yet, but imagining doing it that way, it feels very sensible.
