Cards ranged from $1-3.50 depending on the labor. Have done 4 packs of note cards[very plain and simple] $1.00 Tile coasters last year$3.00 indavidual or sets of 4 $12.00,these sold well, had cute magnets for $1.00,only sold 2,it just depends year to year.
Hi Ladies...
Has anyone sold the 3x3 notecards with the matching little bags/purses? How do they do at craft shows?? How do you price them? Thanks for any advice!
I'd give it a try. Since the end of school year is not that far off I am sure that the cards would go well as people always are looking for teachers gifts;)

Girls...you have all done a wonderful job! I saw this threat last year and did not know enough to "bump". Well now I'm bumping. Thanks for all your ideas! WOW! You girls are so wonderful for sharing...and what talent! Thanks so much for SCS and all of you.
I did a spring boutique and brought Nugget Tins ($4.99) and Easter M&M Jars ($1.50) Both sold very well and both can be adapted to any season. Here are links to my blog for these two:
Hey there....has anyone ever done summer festivals? I'm wondering what would be good sellers, since I probably don't want to do anything with chocolate due to the heat.
Any ideas, please post them here
Georgia that is so cute!! See, I can't think of things like that:(
No, I don't have pictures. I am still working on my samples. I started my samples this past weekend but right now I am not in the right frame of mind to finish this week due to my BF passing away yesterday. So, hopefully this weekend I can get some complete. I will post pictures when I complete a couple.
Hi Robin, just a note to see how you are doing after your loss... Thinking of you!
Hello friends! I am always checking this thread for ideas, and now I have a new one. I made some wine charms out of polyshrink last weekend. I have a friend who owns a lingerie store and she sold them all in two days. They were so easy to make. I sold them for $2 each or six for $10. She said people were asking when she would have more in. She has had coasters of mine for sale there too. Had only sold a few sets until this week. The matched some of the charms. Now, she wants matching cards too. It might be a good idea to sell these in sets, coasters, wine charms, and a matching card. I just thought I would share!
They are way cool. Just wish we could get shrink plastic here:(
Thanks for posting that link. I made some really cute ones with Changito monkeys and lingerie stamps, but the pictures came out blurry. I put little beads on the rings after I took the pictures.
Thanks so much for the link! These are adorable! I will be adding these to my table next fair season! This is such a great thread. I did my first 2 fairs last fall/winter with modest success but it was fun and I'm stamping anyway, right ;)
are people using shrinky dinks for the wine glass thingys? I am wondering. I know people use shrinky dinks with CTMH stamps, and make "charms" wanted to make sure I am not lost here!
I have to add: I took 45 paper clip bookmarks, the 4 inch ones, and sold out! I charged $3.00. Some had the paper ideas like here in the gallery, and others I used expoy stickers, and even small silk flowers!
I was able to find boy epoxy stickers, like football, baseball etc. These went first! Everyone was wanting smething for the boys!
Good luck. I am making 100 more for the event in April.

Yes, shrinky dinks are what you need for the charms.
do you have any pictures of yor bookamrks? I am making necklaces and bracelets, wine glass thingys, cards.. always looking for more ideas. I am starting out small too.. a tiny town show, see how that goes first!
Has anyone had any luck selling kids coloring cards? I made a bunch for an upcoming sale, but not sure what I should charge for them. I was thinking $1 ea.
For summer, I would suggest fourth of July themes, picnic themes, BBQ themes.
Cards, altered items, etc. I think you just need to change the theme of your things to the season. That's what I've always done. I am trying to figure out some iced tea kits for summer this year. Maybe some cards with flower seeds for spring.
I made/took 5 explosion/squash books to the fair I did in early December 2007. I had one open with the photos in it so people would know what to do with it. I demo'd it countless times but not one book sold. Everybody was amazed but nobody bought
I've signed up to do my FIRST craft show May 17th. I'm so scared!!! I was thinking of doing the tins w/ the nuggets but I'm afraid the nuggets will melt out in the sun. What else could I put in the tins????
definitely subscribing!
Thanks SO much!!!

You should make those marble magnets. FAST CHEAP AND OOOOOOOOOOOOOH SO EASY to make...
I just started making them...and I was told that they sell like HOTCAKES
I have my first on May 21st! I am doing the nuggets, but will use tins to put notecards in too. I am making a bunch of the small note cards that SU makes. I am trying to decide how many to put in a tin and for how much.
