Coupon Book Template

Hi I am looking for a template for Word or another program to make a coupon book. I would like the coupons to have borders or cutting lines. I want to be able to add my own pictures and text so I can print them. Then I can add my own embellishments and stamped images. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
