Red face Popcorn Sleeve

I was wanting to make a stamped popcorn sleeve for a gift. I saw the idea on here somewhere but now I can,t seem to find the instructions. If any of you have instructions on how to do this, that'd be great. Thanks!

Not sure if this is the one you want :( The one I make is where there is a bow tied at the top and if you pull it up the popcorn come up.

Anyway, I don't really have a pattern and I've made these more for candy bars. But I make the cardstock enough to go around the item plus some more to use to adhere the two edges together. Then it needs to be slightly longer than the item so that it fits all the way down into the sleeve and has enough room for the holes to be above it. Decorate the CS, wrap around the item. Place a hole in the front and back, top edge. For the ribbon fold it in half and place the item in the fold and put it into the sleeve. the ribbon then needs to come thru the holes and tied.

Hope this makes some sense. It's really easy, just hard to explain.

Thanks Jodi. I think I understand. I'm going to go play around and see if I can make it work. Thanks again. I love this site!

I've found lots of great templates on this site (including a popcorn wrapper):
