Question Faux embossing???

I saw this wonderful card in today's additions and I want to know how to do the faux embossing technique. Does anyone know how it's done?

I am not sure that it is the same as the one that you saw today, but the way that I know how to faux emboss is by punching images from the exact same paper as the paper that they are going to be mounted on...then you simply glue them on.

I am linking a card that I did with faux embossing so that you can see how it looks. Good luck

my take on faux embossing

Here is another take on faux embossing. You stamp your image with white craft ink and then stamp again with a darker colored ink while off setting the image slightly. Here is a card I did doing that.
