is it called a 'shadowbox'? how to do . . .

i got some really neat glitter-type shapes and was hoping to use the little hearts in a card for grandmas for mothers day. i searched 'shadowbox' but that's not the technique i was looking for. what i'm thinking of uses a piece of transparency-type stuff and foam tape and then the glitter shakes around . . .

duh - shakerbox!

know of any good tuts for this? off to check for myself ;)
