Black Pearls Technique, how to????

I was wondering if someone could give me directions on how to do the above mentioned technique. I saw a card in the gallery that was very beautiful and was wondering how to duplicate this. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks. It was your cards that caught my eye!!!! Very beautiful by the way!!! Have you lived in GA long? We just moved here about a year ago and I haven't met many people and not anyone who loves to stamp and scrap.
