Default Alcohol Splash???

I just won a set of cards on e-bay that are gorgeous. The technique used is called alcohol splash. Can anyone please explain how to do this? I am dying to try it!!

I don't understand. Are you saying someone owns the technique? I would have to pay to find out how it was done?

There is no picture. They were a bonus that came with some markers I bought.
