Hello everyone and welcome to this week's challenge:
PATTERNED SCENE STRIPS
In my two samples, I have used six different patterned papers to create a scene behind my main images.

In
Hoppy Easter my grass is a plaid green on the bottom, with the eggs surrounding the bunny, and dots for "clouds."
With
Inner Unicorn, I have clouds on the top in the "sky," sunshine below the clouds with the diagonal yellow, butterflies in the air, and hearts for ground and "footprints.".
So for today's challenge:
1. Create a scene with patterns of some sort. You can use patterned paper, stamp your own, use monoprints, or washi tape! Try embossing folders, ribbons, different laces, or something else.
2. Make each pattern different - don't just use strips from the same "paper," with the same colors and patterns. But make each strip the same type of things. Don't mix ribbons and washi, or paper and lace.
3. Some of the patterns need to make sense with their placement -- like my clouds up high, or plaid green for grass below.
4. Use at least three different patterns. You don't need to use six. They can be diagonal, horizontal, vertical, circles, squares, whatever! You are welcome to use my layout for your background. My strips are adhered in a wonky configuration - not straight.
Have fun! I look forward to your ideas and creations!
