I tried it with chip board!
I used an arrow from Basic Grey to do this technique. HINT: do NOT remove the sticky backing from the chipboard when you place it in the embossing folder. Seems like a big DUH! but I did this so I wouldn't have to mess with the piece ... ok not enough sleep to think this one all the way through, because sticky + power compress = a lot of messing around!;) I think the sticky back would be a great way to attach the foil. I will try it again.

Hi Lynn -
I LOVE YOU!!! Thanks for sharing!! You are so right. This is super easy, super fun, and super beautiful.
I had a little trouble with the pic because it is getting dark early, but
IRL I am thrilled with the card and am going to be making some more use
of my Reynolds Wrap. Have already decided to leave this one up in the stamping room and use my back up in the kitchen! LOL.

I actually completed
this piece on Monday night. Sorry it took me so long to put it in the gallery. Oh, and I didn't actually use foil because I had some new Ten Seconds Studio metal, but it's
like foil, right?

I made a card earlier this year using foil embossing and thought that I would share. This was so much fun, I'm going to try another.

Pip the Penguin Flies Again .
I thought the foil embossing would make a great background for the TPT challenge today, which is all into silver
.
