Join me in sending well wishes to Claudia, older sister of our SCS friend, Denise (aka card crazy). Claudia has been faced with a few challenges. She lost her husband just before Christmas and she is now recovering from a nasty fall down the stairs in which she broke her femur along with a bone in her face. While Claudia recuperates, her son has temporarily taken her dog as she is unable to care for it. She lives alone but fortunately she is surrounded by friends and family.

CHALLENGE: Denise tells us that Claudia is very religious and her faith is strong. Choose one or more Christian symbols from the chart below and use them in your design. We’re also going to add some layering elements…some suggestions include layers of paper/matting, an inky layering technique, mixed media, etc.

Thanks for the challenge, Jacqueline! I pulled out an EF that I haven't used in ages. I went with the Latin Cross and the Rainbow from the list of symbols for my card for Claudia: Rainbow Cross
