Default A BIG thank you!

I wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks to all your wonderful teapotters!
I spent two weeks with my mom while she was starting her chemo. It was so wonderful to see all the cards flow in from all the wonderful and caring SCSers. Last Friday, she decided to shave her head since her hair was coming out in clumps. That day she also received 18 cards from the Teapot Tuesday challenge. It was wonderful to have such an outpouring of love on a day that could have otherwise been pretty rough.
Mom has been doing pretty well. Some days she is very weak, but other days she feels fine. Some days she is even up to stamping! Her living room is absolutely full of homemade cards, and they cheer her up all the time.
We cant tell you all how much the cards, kind thoughts, and prayers have meant to us. I wish I could give you all a big hug!

Hi Trina! Thank YOU for posting your kind words here! It is so nice that your mom is having a *stamping* day from time to time, that will go along way in keeping her happy in between those hard days. I am tickled that she received so many cards on a very rough day!

Thank you Trina and (thank you Dawn) for bringing it to my attention so that we could help raise her spirits during this tough time! Hugs!
