Hello everyone. Well, I've been a member of this forum for about a year. I haven't posted at all until today. I thought it was time to say hello and introduce myself.
My name is Kathy. I live in Lakewood Colorado (suburb of Denver). I'm from Ohio but moved here 12 years ago. I love it here.
Early 2012, I was diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer. No worries, I'm doing fairly well. I'm hanging in there. What gets me through is scrapbooking and making beautiful scrap projects. I love the creativity of everything... art, paper, glue, tape, ink.... stamps....I love it all. My big goal is making complete scrapbooks for each of my 5 grandchildren who are growing up fast.
I love Splitcoaststampers. I have gotten so many inspirational ideas here. I do hope to become a bit more social on here, but with my illness, my job, my family it's sometimes hard to do. I do think I will enjoy the creative interaction.
Hi everyone.... it's very nice to meet you all.

Hi Kathy! So many good stamper friends here (LuvLee, Toy and others) live near you! Welcome from Texas. Bless you in your fight against ovarian cancer! I hope you can join us for our Hope You Can Cling To event in the fall benefiting patients at MD Anderson.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything and enjoy the site!!
Wow. I've never been there. I've been to Telluride for the Bluegrass Festival in June. I've also been to aspen. My brother in law is a native and he like to fish out that way. He goes near gunnison and I believe he goes out near montrose for fishing. It's beautiful from the pictures I've seen. It's very nice to meet you.

Oh, yes, I'm a bit south. I've been up to FoCo for festivals... concerts.... and just to go up and meet up with friends. I like FoCo. Very nice to meet you.
