Weekly Musical Challenge #35 - Honoring our Canadian friends
Ladies, I would like to thank all of you that participated in last week's Musical Challenge - Stampers Choice. We didn't have a lot of players, but that is okay we still had fun. I love using songs to describe people.
Remember, if you have any ideas on making this challenge better, please pm me. I want to hear your ideas. Or if you would like to request a song to use as our inspiration, you should also pm me.

If you are new to the challenge this is how it works. Each Saturday I choose a song. I then ask you to make a card that is inspired by the chosen song. Then post your card here in the forum and we can leave our comments and chat about it. Then next Saturday I will put everyone's name that made a card for this challenge into a drawing. The winner will be the recipient of the cards made for this challenge. Therefore I will ask you to consider sending your card to whomever is the lucky recipient. However, it is NOT mandatory that you send your card out. You may use it for whatever you wish.
Also, please remember in order to have your name put in the drawing you MUST post your card here in the forum before next Saturday.

I would post up my card...rotten Lauren for making me colour in the lines...with a digi stamp but my scanner and I are having an argument...and it's winning!!!!

Welll it's a hot hazy humid 33C here today. Major storms last night with poswer outages. St least the storms cleared out the smog. Today is Gay Pride parade day down the centre of Toronto. Man some of the outifts were outlandishand some were barely there..The police got hosed, everyone bring water guns and power soakers. The patry will most likely last till tomorrow when alot of people go back to their home country. New it's time for the multiple Jazz festivals which I LOVE. In August it's carabana which ends up looking like a marti gras parade but I would go down there..too much violence in these past few year. Actually it's the only parade that gets violent.. Too bad it used to be quite an outing...and the food!! Always there is food.
Now just to let you know I found a postman.... Tee Hee, I have him tied up in my cupboard and I thought I would put him on a card and take a picture then let him go on his way..... Is that OK?????
Hey everyone, I sure hope you had a great 4th of July. We had a great day. I am paying for it today as far as the pain goes, but it was well worth it. Now that my company is all gone I can get back to my normal routine. hehe...
The last several days have gone very quickly and I haven't finished quite a few things that I thought I would. I guess I will be trying to catch up today!
OMGosh ladies, I totally forgot to make my card. OMGosh...I hate HATE HATE pain days. It makes me forget everything. Uggg...Well now I guess I have an excuse for staying in my stamping room all day today. hehehehe....KarenLiz, thank you for following my blog. I haven't been on it in a couple of days due to pain and family visiting or maybe it was pain OF family visiting....lol j/k. As you can see by it, I have no idea what I am doing on it. lol....I hope to learn something new each day....however, that is easier said then done. Oh well...I do appreciate you following it. Too funny! It took me a long time. The only problem I'm having is changing the font on my blog heading. Everytime I try it won't work. At least you did that! You mentioned on your blog a badge for SCS. I didn't know there was one so I just clipped the name above and added a link. Where did you find the badge?

I haven't yet. FMcrafter has one. Altho, I do not think it links you back to SCS. At least when I clicked on it it didn't. But then again, that could be operator error, as we all know. I see what I need to do...I need to hire a blog tutor....ha..any volunteers????? C'mon...don't run away Lynn....get back here...anyone??? Hello??? Does this thread have an echo??? hehehehe
I'm late, however, I made it. Wheew. Here is my card in honor of our Canadian friends. I have to apologize for the way the photo turned out, I'm not sure what happened.
Ladies, I haven't read the posts yet, I just wanted to let y'all know I am back. I was dealing with food poisoning uggg..but I am feeling better today. A little queezy but other than that feeling good. I am going to be posting this week's musical challenge in just a few minutes or so. I want to catch up leaving love and whatnot....I shall return with this week's song.
