Got to use some very old stamps and old supplies from my stash, a newer stamp set I had not touched yet, and some calendar pages from 2017 that I started to put in my recycling bin but changed my mind and made some cards with them instead:
Hello and TFL,
Here's a couple of simple AUTUMN cards, but was so happy to use old stash Embossing POWDER that I have had for many years - hardly ever remember to use it or want to fuss with getting the tools/cleanup items out of the closet. hahah was glad it still worked nicely!
Also, THRILLED to use up OLD stash orange plaid paper and an even older circle die cut I saved for years now, haha... man, I am on a mission to clean out the scraps over the next year (or two?).
ENJOY your holiday season

Hello and TFL!
WELL... I am finally using up old S U White EP and EVEN MY S U CRAFT ink pad Whisper WHITE. OMG, that pad must be 15 yrs old.. and I still have some refill ink that I got 5+ yrs ago, RIGHT before they discontinued carrying the refill. WOOHOO... so... this may be the 'last hurrah' of the Whisper White CRAFT INK pad, as you absolutely must Emboss or this ink never dries. hahahah
ALSO... went thru some very very OLD WASHI tape, that I used double sided tape to hold it down. hahah ... old... like me... doesn't want to stay put.
ENJOY your holidays Teresa
Hello and TFL! Here is a special card (to me) recycled from a friend's chosen card sent to us last year. I have in the past taken his exceptionally gorgeous store bought cards and turned them into my handcrafted creation the following year, sending them back to him. He loves this game!! and has already said he is anxious to see how the 'TREE on a dark blue sky, with BRIGHT BOLD ornaments hanging from it' becomes this year. : ) I hope you too, enjoy your holiday this much, with your friends. Teresa
Thanks for Looking! And thanks for keeping this thread alive! It really encourages and inspires me to use my things that are no longer current. I so appreciate it!
Hello everyone and TFL!
Today is Christmas Eve, DH sick, all plans cancelled and I am consoling myself with posting(s). HEEHEE... going to make the best of a day that's a gimme : )
In my efforts to ONLY use product I had this year, I completed all my holiday cards with STASH! some of it very old stash.. and some just a couple of years, but I am so so so HAPPY to have accomplished it!
Here is a card with a panel of VELLUM! I always thought I would use it more than I do. Now that I have a sewing machine and can attach it easily, maybe that will encourage more. I love the softness it adds and it was perfect for girlfriend cards this year. Take good care, ENJOY ! Teresa
Hello everyone and TFL!!! It's Christmas Eve, DH has flu, I'm taking time out to post again. (I posted a bunch today, if you are interested)
I made commitment that all my holiday cards would be OLD stash and I stuck with it. THIS DIE WORD, " HUG " is only a couple of years old in my supplies.... but I never used it (that my pea brain can remember) or at least rarely used it before.
Old paper (ROSE RED), older stamp image.
I posted my card quickly during DTGD23 and I am just getting around to add them to other challenges from this year before time runs out. Thanks for Looking!
