I really like that punch also. I have had it about a year and sometimes I forget about it, but everytime I use it I have liked it.
I am sure you will like using it too!
I can't wait to see what you create!

Well, I was in Michaels last night, the MS punches were 40% off, ....I had a gift card,.... I saw the zig zag punch .. enough said. I now own a zig zag embossed border punch. Thanks Jeri for introducing me to that punch.
My Letter Z card is in the works. And I might just HAVE TO use my new punch on my Letter Z card. Don't you think? Hope you dont mind Jeri. Ill be CASEing you a little bit. You are an inspiration!
Itll take me a couple days but Ill be back with my card.
Good Morning everyone! At least it's still morning where I am. That's a good thing as I have a looooong TO DO list.
My youngest DD is home sick from school today. A head cold with a mild fever yesterday. Hopefully for her sake it's nothing much and she'll be back in the swing of things tomorrow.
Tomorrow is my real busy day. My one-day-a-week volunteer job in the day and a club meeting in the evening with barely any breathing time inbetween.
All that to say, I may not make my Letter Z card until Wednesday. It's in my head, the supplies are laying out, I have my new punch - thanks to the inspiration from Jeri / Stampmontana. It's the time to be creative that I don't have yet. Oh well.
There's been some zelously fun Letter Z cards this time! I'm off to see more since I last checked in. Have a great day everyone!
I hope your DD feels better soon!
What is your volunteer job?
Where did you get an interesting punch??

There have been some cards with "zingers". Yet, no one seemed to truly know what a zinger was all about. We're a lenient group and we accept anything reasonable, so there’s no problem. Yet, I was zealous to find out, so I looked up “Zinger”.
A zinger is a witty remark. There’s lots of that going on around here!
Also, it may refer to a snack cake made by Dolly Madison and Hostess companies.
Susan - Cards are me – You made a really cute card with a lady making a witty remark and a peek-a-boo window revealing a gift bag. Someone asked in their comment what was in the bag. It must be Hostess Zinger cakes, or the Dolly Madison ones. Your Letter Z card officially qualifies!
Aren’t you all glad to know what a zinger is today?
Hi everyone thought I would check in before we leave to go to the cemetary. I have to chuckle at zinger, I say whatever anyone thinks is a zinger is a zinger. So if you are challenged to make a zinger card I say put what you want on it, just please don't put the hostess zinger on it cuz that could get messy.
buckets, cats, dogs, troughs........ this is a fun card, can't wait to see it.
Hope the weather improves for you Lynn and you feel better, I feel like a gallavant soon.
Waiting for Wednesday and the new letter, before then I have to make another doily card, a tea bag folding card and I am sure there is something else, I just forget...
Tomorrow is my craft day and I am going this week I have missed about 3 weeks I think and tomorrow is a cafe day, we are going to a new McDonalds that has opened near the airport down the road to let the kids play in the playground that the mums and crafters to coffee and chat, sounds like a good plan to me.

Please excuse the interruption, but here’s a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT reminding us of the Wisdomof Speaking FEW words. ;)
A shy little 4-year-old came in to the dentist for his first cleaning and check-up. The hygienist tried to strike up a conversation but no response.
After the cleaning, the dentist was called in to do the final check. The dentist tried to strike up a conversation as well. "How old are you?" No response.
The dentist then asked, "Don't you know how old you are?" Immediately four tiny fingers went up.
"Oh," replied the dentist, "and do you know how old that is?" Four little fingers went up once again.
Continuing the effort to get a response, the dentist asked, "Can you talk?"
The solemn little patient looked at him and asked, "Can you count?"

My goodness that card is beautiful. Can you share where you got the idea for the zinnia with us (or just me, tee hee). Left you some love. I love all the cards everyone is doing they are all beautiful. Please do not "dare" me this week. I got the opposite news of what I was hoping from my doctor and have not been in the best frame of mind since. Sorry:(
Donna ~ I'm sorry for the doctor's news, which was not what you were expecting & hoping for. It's very disappointing. I understand. Been there, done that myself. Hang in there. If you want to "talk" about it, please send me a PM.

Donna, so sorry you didn't get the news you were hoping for. Any new meds that can be given to help?
I did my zinnia a little differently; hard to explain, but I put each layer of petals onto a snowflake and then layered the snowflake bases; then I used the snowflake punch (3 layers together and cupped) to create the center. I know, clear as mud!
I will say that most everything I used on that card came from my scrap bin! Thanks for sharing your comments.
Getting ready to go to dinner with a couple friends so will be out most of the evening.
