Yes, check that thread. . . your files are all named scan.jpg or something close. You'll want to make sure the file names are unique before you reupload. They will be removed in a scan for duplicates, especially if you've had that same file name uploaded before.
To change the file name, go to the folder on your hard drive where your scans are stored. You'll see all of your files. Just right click, and choose rename, then rename the file something like froggycard_faerygirl.jpg, and then reupload. You won't have issues with the files disappearing then.
