It really depends on how busy Jen is. Sometimes (later at night) it isn't approved until after I wake up the next morning. There have been other times where I checked after 10 minutes and it has been approved.

How long does it usually take for your card to hit the gallery?
Hi, I was wondering how long it usually takes for your uploaded card to go from pending to in the gallery? Also will they delete it if you post duplicate cards. I had no idea what I was doing, and I am dying to see if I did it right. I hope the picture is of the full card and not just a little picture with the rest all white. I want to quit being such a lurker. If anyone has any advice for posting cards it would be much apprecaited.

usually, not long to get them in the gallery. Either Beate or I will approve them. Today is a little slow - gallery is busy so approvals are taking forever, and day job is busy, so I can hardly get on to approve! LOL!
yes, we will remove duplicates.
As for the upload - full card only happens if you crop your image before you upload.
Jenn,
Thanks for the quick response. I hope to get better at posting. The last card I just tried to upload said server was busy and the conection timed out and to resend, so I did resend it many times just to find out that you got it the first time. Sorry for all the duplicate posts! I will figure this out!
Your cards are very nice, but unfortunately they are in the approval line 7-8 times. Please when you upload, do so only ones. If it times out, don't worry, it's in there. Don't do it again.
Also, please sort your uploads into the stamp set gallery of the set you are using. I just moved your Fairy Nice card, eight times into the Fairy nice category. That gets a bit bothersome.
Beate,
Thanks so much for that link and the last card I uploaded I only did once! Sorry for all the extra work. I didn't realize when the page said it timed out that the website still received the file. So . one of my fairy cards is in the gallery too too too many times. Is there a way to delete them? Thanks so much for your help.
Erin
I'm just curious what the "approval process" is for the gallery? I posted a card this morning and it was approved in just a matter of minutes it seemed. Then I posted 2 more and it's been hours. Are they all done at one time of the day or is it done sporadically? I'm just curious how long it generally takes.

they are done pretty much all day, but the gallery is extremely busy right now, so it takes a bit.
Along these same lines........I posted one and it came up relatively quickly. Then I went back in when I realized I had forgotten some of the accessories I used. I added them, and it is still sitting there waiting for approval.............it's been hours!!!

Keep in mind that Jenn is doing this in her free time (which wasn't that much today because I had to keep asking her questions). She'll get to it all as soon as she can.

Ok.......I am having a dumb blonde moment!!! I wasn't really sure what the "approval" process entailed. I didn't know someone had to physically look at each one and approve it...........geez........
But out of curiosity.......if something is approved but them we have to go in and change something, like I did with a missed accessory.......why can't that be set up to go through automatically without the approval process?

Hi Joan! What I do often is wait until it is approved and then just comment and write in what accessory I missed

How long does it take to post a card?
I downloaded 3 cards using the new Treat Yourself stamp set early this am. I also posted some other cards-they've been posted for a while today. So why is this one taking so long? Is this normal or did I do something wrong? I'm definitely computer illiterate! I'm JUST NOW learning how to work this stuff and did my first post only 2 days ago. Worst part I've been a member here for over 4 months YIKES! Please help! See I can attach these here?! TIA
