can't upload photos

For the past 3 days I have tried to upload a card. I keep getting this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 34336 bytes) in /home/httpd/vhosts/splitcoaststampers.com/httpdocs/gallery/image-inc.php on line 84
The memory size number changes each time, but the rest of the message is the same. The file I am trying to upload is a .jpg that is 26KB.
I have tried from several different computers and get the same error.

It sounds like you've got something "stuck" in your upload queue. I'll send a link to this thread to Daven. He'll help ya out!

Thanks loads. This was my first upload. It feels good to contribute my ideas to this site, since I have used so many that I have gotten from this site.
