I am having trouble with the trying to download my favorites to a zip file. I click on the "zip" button. But when I go to My Documents to open up the zipped file, I get a message that the file is corrupt or invalid. This has been going on for several weeks.
Can I get some help please!!!???

I'm curious about this zip thingy, too. Like, um...what does it do exactly? *unsure* Is there a max # of cards/photos which can be zipped? I've not been successful in using this feature.
Thanks so much for your reply, Jenn! I have looked at it...poked at it...smelled it and had no idea what it's supposed to do! Now I know it's not just me!
I too tried the zip program and got the same corrupted file message. Since my computer gets an attitude like a teenager sometimes, I dismissed it as MY computer's issue.
Good to know that it's not just me. I was hoping to be able to copy these files off onto a zip drive or CD. That way I could look at them without being online.
Do you think it will be changed with all the site improvements?
I tried and got a good zip file I could unpack. Of course I only have about 24 favs at the moment, until I get time to really look through the DD gallery
It might be a size issue
