Hi there, I was having the same problem until I discovered this...down at the bottom of the "Stamping 101" forum page is Display options. Here you can sort by the last day, last two days, etc. Mine was automatically set on last day so that's why I wasn't getting all the threads! Check yours out and see!!
You are right! It does say last day. I keep changing it but it reverts back every single time. Is there something I am supposed to click so it does not revert back to "last day"?
Ha, got it!! Go into Edit Options under Quick Links at the top of the forum page (not all the way to the top though ;)). Then scroll down to Edit Options. Then scroll down to the third major box and click on Defautl Thread Age Cut Off...change this to whatever you want!! It worked!! I think this is where we can set our subscription to threads to be more permanent too...in the second big box...Default Thread Subscription Mode and we can change it to instant which was what we had before! Good luck!
I absolutely cannot find the Quick Links anywhere. I looked at the main forum page and at the forum page for this specific thread. I looked in the blue bar, the yellow bar and am still having no luck.
Let's see, it's below the yellow Splitcoaststampers menu. You'll see the light blue box where it tells you where you are...in the Splitcoaststampers>General Discussion>Stampin' 101>Where are the other pages of this forum? And a Welcome, Dot2Dot....
Below that is a darker blue box with USER CP.....FAQ....keep looking over ot QUICK LINKS (second to last option). It has a little arrow that you can click on and pull down another menu! Then follow the above directions I gave!
I am feeling really stupid here, but my second to last option on that dark blue bar is "Open Buddy List" followed by "Log Out". Could it be because I have a MAC that that is missing? I see "User CP, FAQ, Member's List, Calendar, Search, New Posts, Mark Forums Read, Open Buddy List, and Log Out. No arrows and I cannot scroll any further.
Thanks Rebekah for the directions. I was able to go in and make the change to timeframe of posts that will show. Now, if I could only click some buttons to have more time to read them all!
Lynn
Okay, Dot, I checked out your settings, and they had never been changed to reflect that you wanted to see all theads. I changed it to "view all."
Anyone else having the same problem? Try this:
User CP > Edit Options
Towards the bottom of the Options page, you'll see Thread Display Options.
You'll want to look at Default Thread Age Cut Off, and then choose Show All Threads from the drop down choices.
