Where the heck did my card go???

I uploaded a card this evening, saw it on todays additions, and now its gone. It is still in my gallery though. Can anyone explain this to me?

please look under announcements at the thread titled "If you upload your art into the gallery"
over 90% of the time it comes from not giving your artwork a unique name when you save it on your computer.
Check out the thread and see if it helps.
