uploading pictures

HELP!!!! I am trying to upload two pictures of cards that I have made and am having problems. I thought I didn't upload them the first time and then did it again. Then I went to check on the gallery fo cards added today and there they were. I went to my gallery and they were there twice so I clicked on the first set and deleted the photo. I don't know if I deleted both photos of both cards or what I did now the thumbnail for the friend valentine is not available. Please could you give me some pointers on what to do, as this is my first attempt at uploading pictures. Thanks in advance, Melony

As far as the thumbnail - go ahead and click EDIT, and then re-upload. It will go back through for approval, but then the whole image will be there again. If you have two of the same-named files, we'll catch it the next time we scan for duplicates. Then you won't have the thumbnail missing.

If the pic is the same as another, but with a slightly different file name (like name1 instead of name) . . .that's cause you clicked the upload/submit button again while it was submitting. It's happening to most everyone, so you are *so* not alone in your frustrations!

Thank you so much for your help I knew when I hit the delete button that that was the wrong thing to do. :oops: After the fact of course. I have been kind of lurking here and finally got up enough nerve to send some pictures. Now that I have done it once, I will be doing it more often. again thanks, Melony
