Still seeing blue squares - tech help pleaseeeee!!

Hi,
I posted over a week ago about seeing little blue squares instead of the gallery images. Apparently other people have had the same problem, but I get the impression it has been temporary for them. I have a new computer and thought it may be something to do with my computer. So I've been on the phone with tech support for a half hour and still cannot view the gallery. I may see one photo in a page and then the next page is all blue squares. I do seem to be able to view images from my kids' computer, though. Is there anyone that can help me change whatever it is on my computer to allow me to see the gallery??? I'm not convinced it is due to the server issues as it seems that the images show on my kids' computer. ARRGGHHH!!!

p.s. I am a fan club member, so that isn't the issue.

I fixed the problem!!! I went into my McAffee stuff that came with my computer and fiddled a bit. When I disabled the 'Privacy Service' I could see the gallery again. YIIPPPPPEEEE!! Thanks to everyone who tried to help!

Have you cleared out your cache, or defragged your computer lately?

Sounds like you are using Safari? I have the same issue till I clear out my cookies & empty my cache on the mac. On the pc, I can see all the images. Try that and you should be cool and good to go!

With the tech support guy and went and cleared out my cookies, internet history...basically everything he could think of. I don't know what Safari is, so I don't think that's it. The computer is only a month old, and when I checked a little while back it was only 2% fragmented, so I don't think that's the problem. Could it have anything to do with the program the computer uses to open the scans? or my anti-virus program? I'm just grasping at straws here.
Is anyone else still having the same problem??
