Not just your computer -- it's the site traffic. We hit an all-time new high traffic number yesterday afternoon. I think maybe it's just Spring Break and everyone home/off work???

We usually have over 1000 people online! Today we had over 1100! That's what is causing SCS to be so slow.

I wasn't sure whether I should start a new thread or add to this one but anyway....

When I first log on to SCS everything seems fine and I'm able to cruise right through everything but as soon as I post a comment everything slows down to a crawl. I wait a long time for my comment to be posted once I hit "Submit Reply" and then when I eventually get back to the forum everything is really, really slow. It doesn't matter if I'm in the forum or the gallery when this happens and I find that if I log off and then back on everything is back to normal.

So I'm asking the age-old question: Is it just me?

I've been having a problem posting, too. It takes forever to submit.

Hum, I'm not compute wiz but that sounds like your own computer problem. Do you regularly clear out your cookies, temporary files & history? That will probably help your computer run a litter faster -- at least it does mine.

HTH!

Me, too. But I'll try clearing out the cookies..See if that helps.
