I can't get into my gallery and the "Anything but a Card Gallery" has no sub-categories. Is the site experiencing problems with the gallery and is there an ETA when they will be resolved??
Lydia, Can you get into my gallery. I have tried the things you said and even logged in with a different browser. I get this error message when I click on my gallery:
Sorry, we came up empty on your search terms. Check your spelling?
I've logged out, cleared my cache and history and I still get no results when I click on my gallery. Interestingly enough, I can do a search on myself and find my gallery. When you click on the following link, does it take you to my gallery?
There a couple of things that have I have done on SCS recently:
1. I renewed my subscription to SCS today.
2. I have a tutorial pending publication for the Holiday Blitz in the resources section.
Could any of these affect my ability to see my gallery?

Yes, I see all the sub cats for anything but a card, and I see your gallery.
Your subscription and tutorial aren't related - I believe you have a cache issue.
What browser do you use?
I use Safari, but I also tried logging in to SCS in Firefox and I had the same error message. I can't see subcategories for the Anything but a card gallery from either browser.
Lydia, Thanks for trying to help. I don't think the problem will be resolved tonight.
I did clear all 3 things: cache, history and cookies.
I tried 2 different browsers.
I closed my browsers and logged off my computer logged back in and tried again.
I also tried the PC upstairs. I use a Mac.
My main issue is that there are no sub-categories. For example if I go into the SU A-B Gallery and there are no stamp set galleries. The same with the Anything but a Card gallery (there are no sub-categories). I can get into my gallery by doing an advanced search on my username.
I'll try again tomorrow and let you know how I make out.
Thanks for your help last night. This morning when I logged on, everything was back to normal. I can access my gallery and all the other galleries have sub-categories.
