No email notifications of thread updates
About three weeks ago I started seeing a red message at the top of the SCS page telling me to update my email address. As my address hadn't changed I thought it was a new feature.
Then I had a PM from SCS telling me my email address was invalid and to update it. So I did as I was told and, while I was at it, changed it to my stamping email address. The red warning didn't go.
Eventually, after updating my address several times - alternating between the two addresses - I contacted SCS and was told how to get rid of the red warning message.
That worked! But I still am not getting any email notifications. :(
I do, however, get the Weekly Inkling, so my email address obviously IS valid.
It makes it really hard to keep up with threads as I'm so used to the email notifications making it easy for me. Today I tried updating my email address (again), changing my password, logging out and logging back in again. That didn't work either. :(
Help me please!
