My uploaded card disappears!

:confused: HELP!! I have posted a "Heartfelt Thanks" card to my gallery 3 times and it keeps disappearing!! I have even searched "heartfelt thanks" stamp set thinking it got moved there, but I can't find it!! Thanks for some help!!

I noticed your photo file names are always the scan number (eg scan0012). This is the number assigned to it by your scanner or camera. You need to save them with unique names because your scanner/camera will reset the numbers and you will wind up with mulitple cards named the same. Duplicate file names are deleted here from the gallery. SCS has a new feature that adds your username to the filename, but in your gallery there could still be duplicates. Try renaming your card something like HeartfeltThanks1506.jpg and see if that helps. The numbers would be the date (jan 5 06) <less chance of duplicates.

Yep... you are right on Jeanne!! The gallery has an automatic scan that will delete any duplicates. Make sure you name your image something unique. Right click on your image and then choose rename.

How do you rename your photo..i cannot find where i can edit it.

Find you scan/photo, but your mouse right over the thumnail, right click (a little menu will pop up), choose rename, type in your name and you are done! Hope that helps!!
