Default Missing Information Option When Posting Into Gallery

My last 3 posts into my gallery does not give me the option to post my info on what products were used and etc...does anyone know why or what I can do? Thanks.....it gives me the keywords, but that is the last option I get.

Hi Diane,

This occurs when you are inserting a photo into your own personal 'albums', rather than into a category from SCS. One way to bypass this would be to:
  • upload your card into an SCS category.
  • Once it is successfully completed, edit the photo to move it to your preferred personal 'album'. When it moves, it will still have all of the detailed information.
Hope this helps!
Bev

This happened to me too, but I think it's already in a gallery. First, I uploaded it to the View Master Card category and I had the extra fields. Later on, I decided to move the card to Christmas Collection. That's when I lost the fields. Is there any way to fix them from here?

Thanks in advance!

This used to happen to me all the time (long before any changes) so now when I upload I try to include all the information (at least what I know or didn't forget) into the big blank field. I then cut-and-paste that info into the fields (sometimes if I sued lots of stuff I write please see description.)

This is one reason I don't get frustrated at uploads without details; I assume they were typed and "lost."
