Default kicking me out

When I login and start browsing, I get kicked out. The gallery will only go to page 1, when I click on page 2 it just keeps going to page 1.

What's up, the server is ill, I hope it didn't catch my strep last week when I was browsing. Or did my husband ask ya'll to screw with my login name so I would get my house work done.

Thanks
Tina

Hi, Tina,
Rest assured. . . your husband hasn't contacted us, and we're not sick.

Try deleting your cache & your cookies, and then coming back to splitcoast. Login, and click the box that remembers you. You shouldn't have any further issues.

If you continue to have problems, send us an email at [email protected], and we'll see what we can do!

tried that last night. it is letting me log in but when I go to view the DD, it is still showing permission not granted. Then I am no longer logged in.

But this might be a good thing. I got housework done last night and today, and also managed to stamp a little.

Thanks

Tina

I figured out my problem!!! So my husband wasn't guilty after all. That's a first!

But the next question is. . . .

I realized I started having this problem after I installed a privacy service software. I disabled the privacy service and my problem was resolved?

How can I resolve my problem with my privacy service enabled?

Thanks for your help

yes, tina, security software like Norton or McAfee is the most common cause of the problem you describe. there should be an option there somewhere to allow browser cookies. if those are enabled then you should be fine.

a cookie is just a little file that gets saved on your computer with information the site needs in order to be able to "remember" you properly. if your browser is not allowed to create and save these files then your login can't be maintained as you surf around the site.

poke around, and you should be able to find the right setting. then post back and tell us what you found!
