How do you edit a thread?

Okay, I been trying to go back and edit a thread and can't seem to find where to do this. Am I missing something?

We have a forum for site suggestions & questions, and there's already a thread there. It's a sticky at the top of the thread.

BUT, this isn't workable within the swaps forum, BST, RAK and maybe others, for obvious reasons. so we'll have to configure those forums to always allow editing. we'll try and do this soon.
