Editing previously uploaded photo

I wanted to "replace" the photo I uploaded with another (edited to add a watermark). I followed the steps to do this, yet my "old" photo still appears. Do I just need to wait, or have I done something incorrectly? Can you show me the errors of my ways?

The answer here depends on two things. As edits of previous uploads need to be re-approved, the first depends on if you are a current Fan Club member or not. If you are a member of the FC, your uploads currently don't need to be approved by a mod so the change in your photo should occur right away. If you are not a FC member, your upload will have to wait for a moderator to approve the change.

The second depends on whether the tiny gallery glitch, where edits take a while to show up even for FC members, has been resolved yet.

Well, I checked this morning and it's there - yeay! I'm a FC member so I kinda figured it would be there right away. I will try to be more patient next time. Thanks for the info.
