Sorry I am so dumb!! I still cannot get on the gallery page. One person said, to go to tools and clear recent history and hit refresh. I Cannot figure out how to do that. It does not bring up refresh. I have a new laptop and don't know where refresh is. I am new to this computer. Would appreciate any help!
What browser are you using?
I usually find that just hitting the refresh button there will do the job, maybe several times.
In Firefox it's a circular blue arrow near the left of the bar at the top.
In IE it's two green arrows just to the right of the address bar, or probably the F5 key on the keyboard.
Can't help with Chrome or Safari.

Yes, I agree the refresh comment is confusing. Essentially, what you want to do is go to the tools (options) of your browser, clear out the cache and maybe some other stuff too. For Firefox, the instructions were either out dated or wrong, so that confused me as well.
THEN, you may need to hold down the ctrl key and click your browser's refresh button - which is usually an arrow in a circle shape, or two arrows, one up, one down, in the browser bar itself.
Most people have had to do both of these. I moved your thread to the Support forum
Hi Deb - if you peek at my previous post you'll see instructions to fix it. Your browser has cached the maintenance page from Tuesday night and you just need to zap it
Thank you Lydia, I did go through the fix as you described, I'm just the kind of girl that has to know "why" LOL.
It's so great of you to tell us exactly what to do to fix it, regardless of what browser we have. I Really appreciate it. Also appreciate the kind way you said, "if you take a peek", when you had to be thinking, gee lady you posted right under my directions, ;+) Thanks a bunch!!
I clear out cookie cahce.trying my gallery show up and get the message and not gallery help hotwheels
